1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Clari Mentor (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Clari Mentor Team ("Licensor," "we," "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, and code, is owned by the Licensor and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for:
- • Obtaining and maintaining your own AI service API keys
- • Ensuring compliance with the terms of service of your chosen AI providers
- • Any charges incurred from your use of third-party AI services
- • All content you create, import, or store within the App
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
